Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born May 26th 1978, in Campinas Sao Paulo. She's appeared on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness as well as part of the GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. The GI-TOC's research activities concentrates on the assassination of people, disappearances and various forms of violence within the context of illicit economy. Her research interests are in the impact of organized criminality on the law, policies and law related to human rights. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) with an LL.M. Additionally, she holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations through Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree magna cum laude in Legal and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She's been a lawyer for more than four years, working for a firm focusing on civil litigation that involves public law. Additionally, she has held assistant posts at non-governmental institutions that are based in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
