Robyn Rihanna is also known as Rihanna is a Barbadian pop singer, songwriter and musician. There have been hits like Pon de Replay, SOS umbrella, and Take a Bow. Rihanna is one of the most popular artists in the history of music. She was a superstar when she first came out, she's already sold 150 million tracks as well as 41 million CDs across the globe. Her birthplace was in Barbados and grew up with reggae. After she learned to sing, she became an experienced singer. Afraid of the chaos in her family and the constant arguments between her parents, she decided to immerse herself in music, and soon realized that she wanted to pursue a career as a professional. While still in highschool she was a part of a band group and was then invited to audition with Evan Rodgers. The producer was impressed by the talents of this young lady. Rihanna moved to New York so that she could begin her singing career. Her debut album was soon launched and Rihanna became a hit with the public soon. She was a favorite amongst the youth for her peppy dance music, which was a hit. The result was Rihanna becoming a director. Rihanna is a young and accomplished woman that has grown into her own style icon as well as a popular teen fan idol. Rihanna uses her fame to good use by being actively engaged in a variety of charities.
